LATE NIGHT MENU at brothers and sisters
Introducing Brothers And Sisters late-night-only menu, including fried oysters with shiso tartar, pork ribs with cumin sauce, and Hong Kong calamari with serrano chilies. For our hungrier night owls, have a bacon burger, Champion Brewing Company Shower Beer, and French fries for $15. Available Friday through Saturday, eleven pm to two am.
Bristol bay salmon week
September 16-20 is Bristol Bay Salmon Week in DC! Wild sockeye salmon from Bristol Bay, Alaska will be on the menu at Brothers And Sisters. We are participating in the inaugural Bristol Bay Salmon Week, sponsored by the Bristol Bay Regional Seafood Development Association (BBRDSA). Bristol Bay in southwest Alaska is home to the world’s most prolific commercial wild sockeye salmon fishery, responsible for producing more than half of the sockeye sold worldwide.
